This is a great app for new businesses to collect reviews, and their customer service is also five stars. Thanks, Abby and Jasmine.
The support team is fantastic, especially Kevin, who is very responsive and always ready to help with any issues. However, the app itself needs improvement as some features are not functioning properly. Looking forward to updates that address these issues.
