Air: Product Reviews App & UGC

I had seen a lot of apps in the shopify app store but this app is really nice and easy to install, I was surprised that the customer support was free of cost quick available. 100% recommended to use this app if you needed.

I was having trouble importing apps but the customer representative Hallyfe helped me in less than 10 minutes. He made the experience easy, now my importing problem is gone. Thank you!

I will recommend AVADA apps to anyone. Their customer service is top notch. Thank you Liz and Hana and Emily for helping me throughout the process of setting up. I had a few custom requirements and they did it for me without additional payment which is pretty rare among app devs nowadays. 5 stars surely for them and I will continue using them.

My experience so far has been wonderful. This app is very easy to use and to navigate. you just have to play around with it a bit. I contacted them for help and dealt with Esther, I wanted the dates of the reviews removed because I really don't feel it is necessary to have. She was kind enough to help me promptly and got it done in 2 minutes. This is what I call customer service. For all these reasons I definitely will keep this app. Thank you!

Very pleasant customer service, almost all my problems have been solved! Only problem that has not been solved was that I don't want to force my customers to evaluate products by their full name, I think the first name would be fine. I think the last name is a bit too personal for the whole world to know :) Overall very good app!!
