We've tried importing reviews from different Amazon links, but it never worked. We contacted the support, and they said they were looking into it. We contacted them again after a few days, and they were still looking into it. Now it's been a month, it's still not working and nobody is helping us. We found 2 other apps that import reviews from Amazon without issue. So Unfortunately, we do not recommend this application and the support behind it.

We understand the importance of timely and seamless review imports, and we want to assure you that we have been actively working to resolve this issue. Because Amazon tends to change import link IDs regularly, which often disrupts the review import process. This dynamic nature of Amazon's IDs has been a significant challenge for us, causing delays in fixing the problem.

Really good addition to the store, easy to set up and great customer service. I had a few extra requests and Jasmine and Juliana helped me out really quickly.
It is currently free and good, and is a very good evaluation plugin for new shopify stores. Customer service is responsive and prompt, which I like.
Bonne application en général, manque de quelques fonctionnalités comme le traduction automatique des avis mais en général c'est bon. Belle assistance et aide de la part de Liz, Merci.
These apps are very comfortable and simple and there are great employees like Esther and Tony who helped me very much Do everything I ask. So these apps with good employees are very good and recommend it.
Best customer experience I`ve had. The customer service from Lydia was fast and professional. The app itself offers tons of features many other apps charge for it.
