Juliana was fantastic with helping me get my star rating to appear not only on the pages and sections I wanted but also helped me align it to my preference. This App has been everything the other review apps have wanted me to pay a premium subscription for. All for free!

I give 10 stars to Esther from the customer service and 2 stars to the app. Esther was very polite and gave me great help today. But the app itself is not working correctly and there are a lot of problems with it. If you don't want to waste your time, better look for an alternative. I installed the app in another shop and couldn't import the csv file from the lооx app because the format doesn't fit. I then installed another app and my file downloaded in one minute. Today in this shop I had a hard time uploading a review from aliexpress. I finally succeeded only because Esther helped me a lot. Thank you so much Esther!

Fast and great help. I couldn't get the app working myself, but Juliana from support replied immediately to my chat message and helped me out. Now the app works and it looks great!

The app is well designed and easy to use. However there is an issue with the date - whenever you import a review, the date is automatically set to the date you import it. So if you import 100 reviews on the same date - they will all have the same date, which is rather suspicious from the point of view of the customer, who is browsing the store. There is no way to hide or edit the date. However, the customer support is very responsive and promised to look into this problem.
