Great customer service overall, but there's room for improvement. Response times can be faster, and staff could be more proactive in addressing issues. Providing more personalized assistance and follow-up would enhance the experience. Overall, a solid foundation to build upon for an even better customer service experience.

Very helpful Application, with seamless navigation over the settings, and accommodating staff. Pamela was very quick and kindly provided us with the necessary help for integrating our reviews from our old App to this one.
The app is very easy to set-up and offers a vide range of options for a very reasonable price. Works great! We had a couple of questions regarding set-up and Lydia and Nikita were very helpful in answering everything and making sure everything was set up correctly :)

hi everyone, I was struggling to setup the app on my store but Hana and Nikita from Avada support team helped me to resolve it. It is the best app on Shopify app store and their support is excellent.
