The app is easy enough to use but for whatever customisations we needed, the team was at hand to help and it really elevates the UX for the website. I'm writing the review after using the reviews app for over 3 months. I only utilise the "Start Rating" & "Review Box" features, so this review will be based on that.
Relatively simple to set up and manage. Not a whole lot of customizable options, but it does what it says.
However for websites that use predominantly white text on black, you may find some text missing on the review input popup. However, customer service was prompt and efficient. Sent them a screenshot, a link and a short description of the issue, it was solved within 15 minutes. A shoutout to Esther for facilitating the fix.
