He estado toda la mañana hablando con Abby, super amable desde el primer momento. El viernes estuve hablando con otros compañeros y porque había tenido un problema con un csv (había metido datos mal) y por lo tanto, no había podido importar mis reseñas a la web. Hoy lunes, gracias a Abby que me ha solucionado y modificado el csv, he podido publicar todas mis reseñas en la web con éxito y muy rápido. Muchas gracias a Abby por la ayuda. I only utilise the "Start Rating" & "Review Box" features, so this review will be based on that.

Relatively simple to set up and manage. Not a whole lot of customizable options, but it does what it says.

However for websites that use predominantly white text on black, you may find some text missing on the review input popup. However, customer service was prompt and efficient. Sent them a screenshot, a link and a short description of the issue, it was solved within 15 minutes. A shoutout to Esther for facilitating the fix.

This is a really good app for product reviews. Many customization options, many display options and good customer support. Easy to set up and customize to match the theme of my website. Needed support with displaying rating on collection pages, Sunny from Avada helped to add it in less than 30 minutes without any issue. Highly recommend!!

Set up was a little complicated, but a very quickly answered chatbox conversation with Esther from the support team sorted everything out for me. She was very patient and extremely helpful. App works well with my shopify store.
