Ich habe die App runtergeladen, aber nicht ganz verstanden, wie ich die Produktbewertungsfunktionen in meinem Onlineshop einfügen und aktivieren kann. Somit habe ich mich kurzerhand an den Kundensupport im Chat gewandt und dort hat mir die liebe Abby verständlich und einfach weitergeholfen, sodass mein Problem in nur wenigen Minuten gelöst wurde und ich die Produktbewertung nach meinen Vorstellungen nun endlich in meinem Onlineshop nutzen kann. As a novice this is still easy to use! Any confusions quickly cleared up with the chat support - Tiana was particularly helpful and took all the stress away from my lack of tech knowledge! Very happy, would recommend for simple review app :)
