One suggestion I have, do integrate WhatsApp as one of the medium to take Customers product feedback as now a days it is more effective and have higher conversion ratio to get more product review as compare to traditional email system.

I just installed the app, and I was trying to figure out how to import reviews from AliExpress on my own, but I got stuck.
