Esther and the team were not only experienced but also remarkably kind and highly knowledgeable about the app. It felt like I was conversing with a human AI as their responses were nearly instantaneous. They provided invaluable help with tasks like importing reviews, answering general questions, guiding me through widget creation, and even troubleshooting issues related to widget integration into my store. A major thumbs up to the customer service team, especially Esther!

Overall, this app is a fantastic addition, and I believe Shopify should consider more apps like this as it greatly supports the small business community.
