It was my first time using this app, so I was facing some difficulties, after contacting Lydia from support, she helped me out and now my problem is solved :)

Before installing this app I did have questions about several features and permissions. I went on their website and chatted with Prakash who answered all my questions and earned my trust to move forward with the app installation. Upon installing it, I adjusted all my settings and the app integrated with my theme beautifully. Moments later I reached out to tech support through the App live chat and within a minute or two I was chatting with Prakash again and he was able to correct some features for me. I must say the experience with Avada, and Prakash has been amazing! Excellent customer service and very helpful. I wish the company continue to provide this kind of support and they will earn many customers and positive reviews.

I recently integrated AirReviews into my Shopify store, and I must say, the experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. This app has seamlessly met all our needs regarding product reviews. Its integration is flawless, ensuring a smooth transition of reviews to our updated template and product versions.

One standout aspect has been the support team, particularly Esther, who assisted me with migrating our reviews. Her expertise made the process quick and effortless, highlighting the exceptional customer service AirReviews offers. It's rare to find such dedicated support in free apps, but AirReviews excels in this area.

Thank you Nolan and the technician: Williams. You are very responsible and helpful. On the other hand, PageSpeed Insights show me this app block the main thread for some time. So I have mixed feelings. I have a response from Air Product: "We would like say explain that the reason for this increase in thread is due to our app need to add the codes inside the block. This has been optimized to its maximum already". I have no skills to judge is it an issue with every app that kind or not.

I love this app. Audrey, the support specialist, was very helpful in communicating efficiently.

A quick recommendation: I enjoy reviewing individual products, but I think it would be a neat feature to 'Review' the entire company/store. This way, potential customers can build trust before purchasing a product.

I like this review app because it starts out free and can upgrade it as needed.

One of the best review apps I've ever used, and very reasonably priced.
