Air Product Reviews App & UGC

I have been using the Air Review app for my Shopify store and it is awesome, Whenever I face any problem I get help from their customer support. Their customer support team's response is rapid and very friendly. I would especially like to thank Liz for her help. I strongly recommend this App.

This is an app that I recommend with good customer service like Lydia and Maison - Hana - our technical staff who helped me place comments and ratings under the products in my store. I gave them control of my shop and they did an impeccable job

I was assisted by Lydia. It took some time to get the reviews done due to issues that beyond her control.

However, I feel this is a good app to use once the issues are sorted out.

Review import works great and site integration looks nice, simple and a great free option. Issue is that the app settings and review management menu are terribly unstable, it is difficult to search for or edit more than two or three things before the app stops working and gives errors, then refresh the page and that works about 40% of the time, most of the time it just gets stuck on a loading screen telling you to try refreshing again. Once set up, it seems great! just needs some refinement.

I loved this app as it is so easy to use and the customer support is on point.
Thanks To Jasmine(customer support) I was able to understand its working and able to import reviews, would definitely recommend others to use this app.
