So far the service is top notch They are very fast and professional Liz is working on my site now as I type this review I have another site I pay a premium price for and Liz this company is simple the best so far since I have been looking around on what app to install for my reviews. I had to search in the shopify app store not sure why there not ranked on the first page as they should be at the top page of shopifi's review app. Thanks Liz

A good app so far. Significantly, the customer support executive Liz is sweet, responsive, and supportive. There is one bug: the review author's name does not appear when the logged-in user reviews your Shopify store. Their tech team seems to be looking into it

Only just installed the app so we will see how this works for us. In regards to the installation i came across a stumbling block but during the installation i was prompted to click for help. This is where Hana came and saved the day, she sent a collaborator request and then worked her magic all was done in the space of 15 minutes max. Now we just wait and see how it works for us. Thank you Hana for getting us on our way.

Tried this app and everything looks good so far. There is also an option to collect reviews through email but haven't tried it yet. Customer support is cooperative, especially Lydia was very helpful.

I liked their customer support (Hana), was fast and reliable, but would've appreciated if the app had a way to sort reviews by the ones with images first
