Easy to set up. Had an issue with getting it to work with my theme in certain places but their customer service (Esther and Toby) was very good at fixing my issue quickly. Would highly recommend.

The app is well designed and easy to use. However there is an issue with the date - whenever you import a review, the date is automatically set to the date you import it. So if you import 100 reviews on the same date - they will all have the same date, which is rather suspicious from the point of view of the customer, who is browsing the store. There is no way to hide or edit the date. However, the customer support is very responsive and promised to look into this problem.

I am brand new to Shopify and Shopify apps and generally dealing with technical support is a nightmare but not so this time.
Lydia and William were AMAZING!!! Some of the best customer support I have ever received. Lydia answered all my questions quickly and precise and was able to explain it to me in a way that I understood and could implement. My issues were resolved in a timely manner and I felt very comfortable dealing with all the technical things I needed to do, even though I am not a wizard when it comes to that kind of stuff. Honestly, I like AirReviews App, how it works, looks on my site, etc. but I like their customer service even more. Real person, real time, real help! I am a happy customer.
