Air Product Reviews App & UGC

Great customer service! I worked with Esther to take care of some things and they were quick and helpful. So far the app is working great, easy to use, has all the function I need, and I am happy.

This seems much easier to use than my last app. Sunny was very helpful at answering my question.

Tried this app and everything looks good so far. There is also an option to collect reviews through email but haven't tried it yet. Customer support is cooperative, especially Lydia was very helpful.

I liked it, probably the best free app for this type of things, with some of options, easy to set up and translate the words if u need that, very good. I recommend it.

I'd say the app itself is 3 stars in it's current state but the customer support is 5 stars. There are some features missing when it comes to branding and customization as well as some features that don't work as intended and/or at all. With that said, their customer support was obliged to immediately take care of all my issues. Ideally they will fix and add missing/broken features to make the app itself better so that users mustn't rely on customer support so much; assuming they do this and bring the functionality up to 5 stars, the app will be a perfect experience. Thank you to Emily and Liz for diligently taking care of all of my problems, I hope to see the app improve down the line so you don't need to work so hard.

I liked their customer support (Hana), was fast and reliable, but would've appreciated if the app had a way to sort reviews by the ones with images first
