PERFECT app and customer service

I had a great time using the app. The staff were accommodating and helpful when needed, particularly Lydia who helped me solve an issue efficiently in just a few minutes.

I am using this app and its really helpful. I was stuck at some places where i wasn't able to figure our how to do it. The team is always available on the live chat helped me and resolved my issues with in couple of minutes.

Tiana has been very helpful in all my queries about importing reviews of many products together.

I love all of Avada's products. They are easy to use, and when I've had any issue with any product, the customer service has been top tier! Tonight I was having trouble with star ratings showing beneath some of my product when there was no product review available yet. Hana looked into it for me and found that it was an issue with something within my shopify theme and not the Air app. She asked for collaborator permissions, which I granted and fixed the issue for me, rather than saying "not our problem." I am very pleased with both the products and the EXCELLENT customer service that they provide!

Air Reviews is a great app for importing reviews. Also, their support team is very helpful. Hana and Gideon recently helped me with importing star reviews. Very helpful staff.
