So far we have been having a great time with Air. We ran into a small problem importing reviews with German characters like "ü" and contacted support. Kevin solved the problem was solved within 10 minutes.

Great App everything you need is there in the app and it is easy to use all the features are there easy to import reviews through amazon and other market places and most importantly support is amazing they are very nice people, like i was stuck somewhere and a person called MIA she helped me through it and she is very kind and helpfull quick responses and explains everything in detail . big shout out to MIA .
I had some trouble getting the reviews to import to my Shopify store but Hana was amazing. She not only imported the reviews but broke down the steps for me to be able to complete on my own for future products.

By far the best review app, and the support guys are just amazing, the response is very very quick and efficient specially the support girl named jade was amazing she was very quick to understand my problem and dealt with it right away. truly blown away from their services! i was having difficulty in some technical issue as i'm not the tech guy i couldn't understand what was wrong but they dealt with it right away and that too for FREE!
