Impressive, I needed assistant to activate the app and they managed to set it perfectly in less than an hour. Highly recommended. One comment though, email notifications to clients are automated with reference to delivery so if you are using local shipping that is not tracked by Shopify "Other shipping agent" the email will not be sent, this should be modified to automatically send email notifications based on a certain amount of time from Purchase date and not delivery date. Please check and fix this issue

I would like to write a review about HANA assistance. So I actually don't know where to begin, but this person helped me sooo much that is even beyond my understanding, she helped me, literally, with all the review setup, just crazy how much time she saved me and added to my schedule

I was having difficulty importing my reviews from their old app which was a hassle but the support was very good. If there is any difficulty, they would try to resolve it no matter how many attempts. Thank you Prakash, Jasmine and Gideon for your good customer service.

Abby was very friendly and quickly helped me with my problem.

Easy to use and free app. Looks professional on the website and gives just that extra ! I had some questions and Hana was there to help me very quick and resolved the issue straight away.
