Review import works great and site integration looks nice, simple and a great free option. Issue is that the app settings and review management menu are terribly unstable, it is difficult to search for or edit more than two or three things before the app stops working and gives errors, then refresh the page and that works about 40% of the time, most of the time it just gets stuck on a loading screen telling you to try refreshing again. Once set up, it seems great! just needs some refinement.

It's unfortunate to write a negative review on this app. I had a couple difficulties with it and used their 24 hour chat support system. The customer service is AWFUL! Wasted 3 hours on their chat and they never checked in and I ended up fixing the problem myself. Just wasn't worth to keep the app when the customer service was horrible.

Very attentive team. We had some trouble transferring the reviews from previous review app, and the team worked with us to solve all the issue eventually, and also helped us to customize the app to fit in our theme.

Update after using it for a year:

I'm extremely frustrated with this app and considering moving to a paid app now. It's true the team is very attentive to customer service, especially if you want the app to match your theme/style. However, because they helped to customize it for me, the layout and function of the review section have been messed up 3 times without any notice due to their system updates. Each time this happens, I have to spend several hours going back and forth with their team to fix it on my store, which is a total waste of time. You also don't know when the review section will be out of use next time.

In general, if you want a free app that doesn't require customization, then this app is recommended. However, if you're looking for stability and don't want to waste time fixing issues caused by their system updates, it's worth considering a better app.

I give 10 stars to Esther from the customer service and 2 stars to the app. Esther was very polite and gave me great help today. But the app itself is not working correctly and there are a lot of problems with it. If you don't want to waste your time, better look for an alternative. I installed the app in another shop and couldn't import the csv file from the lооx app because the format doesn't fit. I then installed another app and my file downloaded in one minute. Today in this shop I had a hard time uploading a review from aliexpress. I finally succeeded only because Esther helped me a lot. Thank you so much Esther!
