The app is fantastic but what sets it apart is the exceptional support team. I was facing some technical difficulty and Pamela from the customer support team was the kindest, patient person that helped me resolve the issue. Thank you Pamela.

I love all of Avada's products. They are easy to use, and when I've had any issue with any product, the customer service has been top tier! Tonight I was having trouble with star ratings showing beneath some of my product when there was no product review available yet. Hana looked into it for me and found that it was an issue with something within my shopify theme and not the Air app. She asked for collaborator permissions, which I granted and fixed the issue for me, rather than saying "not our problem." I am very pleased with both the products and the EXCELLENT customer service that they provide!

Air Reviews is a great app for importing reviews. Also, their support team is very helpful. Hana and Gideon recently helped me with importing star reviews. Very helpful staff.
