I am using this app to capture reviews and upload reviews from other platform. Basically it's free and you get what you paid for. Uploading reviews in csv doesn't work properly. It either gets stuck in uploading state or just doesn't do anything. It's very amateur app but it serves the purpose for those of us who are looking for free options.

The support service (Tiana in this case) was really good and helped me a lot!
App is really great, I had one issue but their support team member "Emily" fixed that issue quickly. So i can say that they have amazing support team as well.

Customer support is very excellent and really very much appreciated for a free app. Also accepted my suggestion to upgrade and hope soon it will get upgraded.
