The team at air photo is amazing, I had the pleasure of working with Abby and Gideon who helped me to insert code into my theme languages. Abby is great, very fast to respond and a huge help. This app has helped me to elevate my store to the next level. 10000/10 would reccomend! :)

This app is very good and is easy to use. The customer support is very helpful and resolves your problem in only minutes. Hallyfe fixed my issues I had adding reviews into my site.

Firstly it is free and secondly Hana assisted me very quickly to solve my problem. I'll consider using the paid version later

best app so far for reviews integration and the support is just amazing from Lydia and Gideon. keep up the good work

This must be the best customer service I've ever received.

Today, I installed this appl, and everything is excellent. While working with the program, I encountered an issue, so I sought assistance from support. Emily from support helped me, and my problem was resolved in the fastest possible time. Another positive aspect was Emily's very friendly and polite behavior, which, in my opinion, is the most important part of support. Thanks again Emily for taking the time and solving my issue.

I am going to launch my store soon. I have problem with the app where the rating not appear in homepage and collection. I tried to put it myself but it does not work. Luckily, Esther help me out with it. Avada does offer a great apps that comes with amazing customer service. If you have problem with the app, do not worry. Speaking frankly I would say that this customer care that they provide is the best ever customer care I have ever seen because when I go a doubt or when I am doubtful about the particular section about my store I usually contact them and take him the full support that possible many time they have also integrated many code that I was sent able to do and that had help me a lot and I would say thank you to the team and its customer support
