AG Product Reviews App & UGC

We had a small duplication problem which once I raised it as an issue was cleared by the lovely team of Lydia and Toby.
Real fast service so was pleased. Not sure why it happened in the first place but hey it just noughts & ones.

C'est une application que je recommande avec un bon service client comme Lydia et Maison - Hana - notre personnel technique qui m'ont aidé à placer les commentaires et note sous les produits de ma boutique. Je leur ai donné la main de ma boutique et ils ont fait un travail impeccable.

Einige Details waren nicht so einfach zu individualisieren oder mussten sowohl in der App, als auch im Theme Editor verändert werden. Das ist etwas verwirrend. Theoretisch lässt sich die Sprache der Text Felder nur in der Pro Version verstellen, was ich sehr schade finde, praktisch ließ sich allerdings auch alles in der Free Version ändern. Wieder, ziemlich verwirrend. Bleibt abzuwarten, ob das so bleibt. Der Support, besonders Abby und Prakash, war sehr freundlich und engagiert und haben mir so schnell es ging geholfen, obwohl ich vorerst nur die Free Version nutze. Alles in allem ist die App eine Empfehlung wert!

The support team is fantastic, especially Kevin, who is very responsive and always ready to help with any issues. However, the app itself needs improvement as some features are not functioning properly. Looking forward to updates that address these issues.

It's a good app, it does the job as described. Customer support has been great. Hana got right to down to the issue and resolved it in matter of minutes from first contact.

I tried this app and was really happy with it and the excellent support from Hana and Amy. You can import old reviews too and the app widgets are extremely easy to install. The only problem with the app is that I wanted to be able to send review requests to old customers from before I had a website and it didn't have the capability, so unfortunately I had to get a different review app. Otherwise if you don't need that capability then I highly recommend this app. It is simple and efficient and I can see why so many use it

Had an issue with my theme not posting my reviews. got on the chat line. Super helpful and fast for a free app to provide that kind of support. Awesome
