Air Product Reviews App & UGC

I installed Air Product Review as it is one of the few that integrates with my loyalty program. It is not as intuitive as the old review app I was using, but for the integration, I think it is enough.

Whenever I needed help from the support, I was promptly replied, especially from Hana.
Hana was so quick and on point with her support and very patient with my questions and mistakes.
I wish all shopify apps support worked like her, my life would be much easier.

Ironically I dont write many reviews, but this has got to be one of the best apps on Shopify for review management , you can easily use more than one review source seamlessly and thier product is very easy to use and fully customisable . Also their support is excellence after months of using the free plan problem free , Today i had a issue and Spoke with Hana in support, who was polite and extermley efficent. The issue was resolved in under 10 minutes if that. 5 stars from me

Jasmine and William were super helpful today. I had a question about colors/fonts and expected to get code to enter or worse-- the runaround. Instead, they quickly jumped to action and fixed my issue within minutes. the app is quite straight forward I feel the pricing is fair for the features it integrates exceptionally with my shopify theme you can look https://stahlsteelworks.com. I couldn't find a setting and Jasmine from support was very helpful provided me with a photo of where the setting was and I was able to find it.

app on which I immediately had some difficulty due to my lack of knowledge. despite this, Jasmine from support helped me impeccably with screenshots of the work done and additional instructions to help me in the long term as well as solving the problem quickly and professionally

App is great. We had a slight issue with the review stars showing up when we updated our theme but Audrey and Toby got them put back for us in no time!

I could not speak more highly about AirReivews and in particular their customer service. I worked with Hana to fix a problem that had taken me a long time of trial and errors to try and rectify which i eventually realised i could not fix myself. I reached out to the customer service chat function and Hana responded to me instantly and had fixed the issue within 5 mins of our engagement! I could not speak more highly of the service and of Hana. Highly recommended.
