I had the pleasure of working with Audrey to set up the review system on my store, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Although I have not tried this application in terms of ease of use, I would like to evaluate one of the employees of the help center in providing the service, and her name is here because she is very cooperative and quick in resolving problems, and is very polite and kind in dealing, so I feel that it is a beautiful start with this application, as long as the help center communicates with customers in a nice way and they are quick to solve the problem, thank you

Customer care service is outstanding. Agents were very kind, professional and quick to resolve the issue. They make sure that agents are available to respond quickly, so I had the luxury of receiving assistance by Juliana, Raymond, Lydia, and Jasmine. All my questions were answered clearly and very fast, and I also receive the guidance on how to use the app efficiently. I feel comfortable using this application knowing that there are dedicated people ready to provide exceptional service.

This app is amazing. Has a lots of customizations which are easy to use. It doesn't require a big learning curve since they have a very helpful customer service. I was stuck for a bit in a settings and after chatting with them, Emily resolved my issue very quickly. I am satisfied with Air Product's service and highly recommend for others.

I’ve had some good customer support experiences before, but Tiana has taken things to a whole new level! Honestly, I’m starting to think she might be a superhero in disguise. She was so quick to solve my issue, I barely had time to make a cup of coffee before everything was sorted. And not just that—she did it with such charm and grace that I couldn’t help but smile the entire time.

First time asking a setup question ‍♀️. First of all, they have many languages to choose from, which is very user-friendly for me! Also, a big thank you to Hana for her kind and patient help in setting up the programs I needed for my store . This has been a huge help to me! Thanks again to Hana for her patience.

Wonderful customer support, Audrey helped me with the entire set up process start to end, and loved how it was automated. It would help to get a summary of how she went about it so that if I have a need to future add-on but getting a transcript of the chat and the automated processes that was requested help on in shopify setups.
