The app is easy to use. The interface is friendly. With the app, it actually make my online store look more professional. If I have any issue, the staff will be right there online to help me to reslove the issue. Highly recommend!

Very kind and helpful assistance, the platform is quite dynamic in its functions. Unfortunately they still don't have the ability to view reviews on the home page without a carousel, but otherwise it's perfect! I recommend it

Air Reviews is an excellent platform for managing customer feedback, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their business's reputation and customer experience. O aplicativo além de ter um visual bonito é gratuito e isso para quem está começando faz toda a diferença. Infelizmente, o app não estava funcionando no meu tema, o que me deixou bem decepcionado, já que a possibilidade de importar avaliações por CSV (presente em poucos apps dessa categoria) é incrível e poupa tempo. Entrei em contato com a equipe de suporte e fui respondido rapidamente e em 48h o meu problema foi resolvido e as avaliações passaram a aparecer em minha loja. Estou muito grato e satisfeito com o Air Product Reviews e super recomendo!
