Jasmine helped me today in getting my app set up. She was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions with professionalism. She gave me good links when I had more detailed questions, so I feel comfortable with using the app now. All in all, it was a really great experience!

Only just installed the app so we will see how this works for us. In regards to the installation i came across a stumbling block but during the installation i was prompted to click for help. This is where Hana came and saved the day, she sent a collaborator request and then worked her magic all was done in the space of 15 minutes max. Now we just wait and see how it works for us. Thank you Hana for getting us on our way.
