The app is easy enough to use but for whatever customisations we needed, the team was at hand to help and it really elevates the UX for the website. I'm writing the review after using the reviews app for over 3 months. This is a really good app for product reviews. Many customization options, many display options and good customer support. Easy to set up and customize to match the theme of my website. Needed support with displaying rating on collection pages, Sunny from Avada helped to add it in less than 30 minutes without any issue. Highly recommend!!
