Initially, it looked like a daunting task to install this app and import Amazon reviews but they have excellent customer support, Sonny made the whole experience straightforward.

I am very excited to look forward to all the features available in this app.

I was having issues trying to get reviews for products sourced from CJDropshipping and received a pop-up about this app. So I installed the app and I guess I expected something magical to happen. LOL!!! After reading and staring into space the chat bot interrupted my thoughts and Charles asked "How can I help you" and the rest is history. He patiently walked me through steps with screenshots on how to navigate through the app, it was amazing. He patiently waited until I responded done to move to the next step. His knowledge base, customer care and response time was impeccable. I recommend this service to beginners on up to pros. And if you're blessed to get Charles as your assistant, you will agree with my review. This app offers some great features even in the free plan. I recently had an issue with the Air Product Review App, and I must say, their support team was exceptional. By far the best review app, and the support guys are just amazing, the response is very very quick and efficient specially the support girl named jade was amazing she was very quick to understand my problem and dealt with it right away. truly blown away from their services! i was having difficulty in some technical issue as i'm not the tech guy i couldn't understand what was wrong but they dealt with it right away and that too for FREE!

The app is truly impressive! What stood out to me the most is its interface—it has a much better UI compared to other apps. I also appreciated the support team. My issue was resolved within minutes, thanks to Tiana.
