Air Product Reviews App & UGC

I only utilise the "Start Rating" & "Review Box" features, so this review will be based on that.

Relatively simple to set up and manage. Not a whole lot of customizable options, but it does what it says.

However for websites that use predominantly white text on black, you may find some text missing on the review input popup. However, customer service was prompt and efficient. Sent them a screenshot, a link and a short description of the issue, it was solved within 15 minutes. A shoutout to Esther for facilitating the fix.

This is a great app and very easy to work with. It has offered everything a review needs to let new customers know about the brand and a product at the same time.
This instantly builds trust of the buyers while it has great customising option to set it up according to your website. But the best part of this Air Reviews is the staff support also !! Everytime I have had any minor issues about setting it up or other technical issues, LIZ, was always a great help. Not only my request was heard immediately but also she solved the issue at an instant ! She is very friendly and has a good understanding of the issues so much so that she makes sure to give you right solution without wasting time. I sincerely wish her the best !

this very nice app and free with very nice and quick support this app This is an updated review after i had problem they solved it very quickly for me but thanks to the support everything was fixed and worked perfectly within couple of hours. Emily from the support team was superb and very quick to solve problems. Emily is another support which I worked with for few times, she is very helpful and super fast to make any changes. I didn't have any problems but Emily to make changes to features which she did in less then 2 minutes.
Overall this app is very good as it allows reviews with pictures unlike many others. Highly recommend
