Absolutely love this app. I was putting off SMS messaging for awhile now but with Cyber Monday I decided to give it a try. I asked Shopify's customer service for advice and they recommend this app. Could not be happier, downloaded and set up within five minutes. Had 10 sales within another five minutes. I was able to send myself a test text before had by filtering by tags. I made myself a customer in my store, opted into receiving marketing, and tagged my self with "test". By filtering by the tag test I was able to send myself a test text to see if everything was working. Don't forget to put a link into the text so they can go from the text you send to your store. If you have https:// the app will shorten the link, but if you remove that, your URL will stay in tack. I linked right to our Cyber Monday sale by using TruestYou.com/discount/cyber

When this app works, its great... but a lot of the time the app doesn't work and its frustrating trying to run sales and send texts and its not reaching your customers. idk whats going on but i would love for it to be fixed.
Update: I’ve been refunded and my problem was resolved promptly!

Hi, As we talked about over support chat, the phone number you were using for your texts was unfortunately blocked by some mobile carriers. We swapped out your phone number and confirm your texts are sending correctly. We also provided some bonus credits, and improved our internal systems so we can identify if this happens to any customer's phone numbers again. All the best, Shane.
