WOW!!!

I just want to say that the app is pretty amazing! Even if you dont have photoshop, or if you don't like having to save somewhere and then upload elsewhere, this app will save you a bunch of time.

I had a quesion and usually try to find it myself, however, I don't have a lot of time and just emailed the creators with the areas that I was unclear about. They emailed me back with a personal reply same day, and even offered to call and do a screen share to clear away all the doubts I may have in real time... so we did.

Chris worked with me and spent an entire hour with me on the phone answering all my questions. I took way too much of his time, BUT, he didn't make me feel like I took any of his time. He was VERY positive, professional and upbeat and REAL with me throughout the call. Even giving me tips for shopify itself! I have never had this kind of service from a plugin provider in the past (5 years of previous experience) and will only strive to be as good at customer service in actually helping the customers out as he is.

Don't look anywhere else, this place is hands down the best choice for any tshirt dropshipping needs. They can scale more than printful and with much better accuracy...plus, they are more centrally located than printful. I still use the other ones for other products, however, if Airwaves offers an app, I'll get it from this point forward!

The very first order was messed up and I was sent a much cheaper hoodie than what was ordered. I was told they would send out the correct hoodie this time. After I asked how I would be sure it wouldn't happen again the answer I got was "well our supplier fixes errors but I understand if you dont want to use us anymore"... like such poor reassurance and basically just letting a customer walk without care. Also took over a week to ship and a total of like 10 days to receive.

Best prices I've seen for POD so far including shipping. easy to addd
designs and import to Shopify. Nice collection of unique products too

Customer service 5 stars. They responded to my email the same day and answered all my question. However the app 3-4 stars. They dont list the brand and style names of the products. I need to know exactly what I'm getting, what it is made of and where it is sourced. Limited amount of products. I agree with not having 500 things, but still need variety. Need more women's styles. Design space is very compact. No list of policies that I could find on the website or app. You also cannot delete any of your personal information and designs. Ex, credit card.
I did not order anything, so I cannot comment on the print jobs. I think this app will be good, once things are added and modified.

This is NOT a print on demand service. This is just Product Pro under a different name. It is a dropshipping app and the interface is frustrating at best. If you are looking for a Print On Demand Fulfillment app, this is not it
