AirPower sync for Airtable

Using this app with the help of BaseGenius' customer support was a no-brainer. Daniel from BaseGenius really helped us get up and running with daily syncs between our Shopify and AirTable in no time. Great customer service and even better app. Highly recommend!

This app is the backbone of my e-commerce business. Airtable has become an amazing and incredibly powerful CRM for my Shopify store and this is only possible due to this app. The app is incredibly reliable, even when transferring a huge number of data points, and the support is very good.

Works beautifully and smoothly. The developers did an exceptional job with taking into account so many different scenarios. He came up with a solution that is almost bulletproof, and truly liberates your data.

Absolute game changer for order management and fulfillment. Managing the data and data views through Airtable instead of Shopify will significantly reduce the complexity for my clients. Plus it just works, it was like magic. Their support team is amazing as well.

Not Powerful. I agree with the other reviewers; it works but if there were another app, I'd switch.

Pros: nice way to manage inventory with tons of parameters. Shopify admin UI isn't built for bulk editing. This is. Fairly elegant and dynamic solution. Customer service is fairly responsive though slow (days), and their best-fit customer is definitely someone tech savvy and capable of problem solving on their own.

Cons: Extremely slow sync, unusable if overloaded - the dashboard will not even load. Come back tomorrow and hope for the best. And if you want to be able to segment your sync to avoid this, you have to pay EXTRA! Even at 200 products, with metafields and images in the mix the sync is 30 mins+ every time. Troubleshooting is rather impossible at that cadence. Unlike other apps, Airpower is not really forward looking or frequently updated with the latest Shopify options. Development seems passive.

I've been a customer for years and am looking forward to finding an alternative.

Update 25.05: We are moving more and more of our store data over to Airtable. We have used airtable to keep track of all our collections, metafields, developments, customer feedback, and more. And Airpower is making it easy.

Easily one of my all-time favorite apps. And the install/trial process is probably the smoothest I have ever seen. You can safely install the app right away, and take your own time to set it up since YOU activate the trial yourself. Why isn't this the norm?

It also works just as it's advertised, providing setups for syncing both ways, at your own terms. And mapping fields is a breeze too.

We are currently using it to sync our entire product catalog with Airtable. Mainly to better manage our metafields and get all staff on board. But having all your products living in an airtable also provides you with much better options in terms of working with products in bulk. You can set up filtered views with only published products, only products without empty metafields, and so on. It allows you to work with your metadata on a whole new level.

The customer service is also great, and the pricing is on point. Highly recommended app

Awesome tool, previously we were building our own integrations with Airtable using Zapier, but this app is so much easier. The price is right, too!
