We've been using AiSensy for the past 4-5 months, and it's been working absolutely fine for us. The support from the AiSensy team has been excellent — they're always responsive and helpful. $1 one-time charge is a scam, they are charging this just to make you install the app, then they start to charge you more for each and every service you acquire

hard to set up
I’ve been using this service for the past three months, and honestly, it’s been such a frustrating experience. Here’s what I’ve gone through:
First, it took forever to activate my service. Before payment, I was given all the wrong information, only to find out later that the promised features weren’t even available. When I asked about it, I was told it would take another month because they were still working on it.
For the past two weeks, I’ve been following up via email to get answers, but instead of providing a real solution, they keep asking for my contact number over and over again. Even after giving it to them multiple times, all I get are vague responses with no real progress.
The worst part? Nobody seems to care enough to take responsibility or even give me a call to sort things out. It feels like they’re just stretching the matter without any intention of resolving it.
Honestly, this whole experience has been disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this service unless they fix their support and start valuing their customers.
Useless charges upfront because they know not many will buy their subscription. One time fee is just bogus. Charges extra for watsapp conversations.
