Great support. I needed some customization for the reviews on my store and the team was quick to respond and complete the request.

Very impressed with AiTrillion's modules in this app. Comprehensively feature-rich that cover everything you would expect to find within a loyalty and rewards program and membership subscriptions. It can take a lot of set up if you have a sizeable and established store but the support team have always been on-hand to provide guidance and support as and when needed. It is early days for us at the moment but we are expecting to be able to achieve great success with the use of this app.

He was super helpful and open to guide us on leveraging other AITrillion resources we have been under utilizing for years. Thank you Namit! Excellent customer service and quick to resolve any issues I may have had over time. Been using the app for several years now and I would definitely recommend it for the amount of apps and features it has.

We have been with Aitrillion for close to 5 years. They have been instrumental over the years in helping us move forward to keep up with the fast paced changes that have happened. They have many features and are constantly updating there platform. It's an all in one solution.

We have a recent issue that was handled beautifully by Hritik Chouhan who has was very kinda and gracious.

We have used a number of their modules. Particularly the Loyalty Program and Product Reviews, both have worked wonderfully.

I recently setup the Affiliate Module and was having trouble setting it up.
Their customer service is excellent. They are always quick to respond and follow up afterwards.
