This app saves my hundreds of dollar literally, got all the feature in a single app with very low cast. my biggest problem is the cost i am paying to multiple app is very high. AiTrillion solves this and finally my store is fully integrated with advance tools and automations. thank you so much

4.5 as there are many features, but are not quite built out as other available options. For instance, we are not using the live chat AiT feature due to basic functionality.
However, there is a lot of value for the price, especially if you consider the pricing of other email automation apps in the market
Be warned, currently the pricing is advertised monthly, but the subscription is annual. Therefore, I have not been a subscribed member just yet.

I loved how the app was easy to use plus their are extremely respectable plus they personally optimized it to correctly correlate with ezosto all the staff is loving in supporting just eating to see a change in engagement other than that wonderful app

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the support I have received. After upgrading and subsequently downgrading my plan, I was assured by your team that I would receive a refund. However, I have yet to see this refund processed. I CANCELLED THE PLAN AS WELL BUT IT DOESN'T GET CANCELLED, SUPPORT WILL CONTACT YOU ON MONDAY AND THAN WHAT NOTHING.

This situation, coupled with the lack of follow-up, has left me feeling that the service is unreliable and untrustworthy.

Please address this issue promptly, as it has been an ongoing frustration.

I just got off a call with Reena, who offered to assist me in setting up the membership feature. Even though I haven't used it yet, I have a really good feeling about AiT: Loyalty, Review, Email+ and I'm happy to pay the (quite low, considering tons of features) price for their subscription.
So far, I'm more than confident that by selecting this plugin, every shop would benefit immensely from the huge suite of tools they offer. And you are very likely to receive top-notch support with short response times. Give it a try, I bet you won't be disappointed!

Very strong on the technical side and how to set up the system but equally weak on the "Why" side and how to market the module. Don't expect to find any examples as a starting point to modle your efforts after. It is so weak that their support doesn't understand the question.

They asked me on day ONE to leave a 5 star review for a large discount on their paid plan, that should have been my first red flag. I declined because I hadn't even used the app yet and I was not interested in a paid plan. Months later they charge me $250 out of nowhere and tell me "I authorized this payment". They will not allow you to remove your credit card information or even cancel the plan. I called my bank and got it refunded. It's a complete scam, and did nothing but slow my store down.

I recommend this APP to anyone looking for a versatile app that can do anything, but to top it up, they offer the best customer service you can find. I love these guys—best of the best.

It seemed like a great all in one platform and we wanted to make it work, but too much technical problems. We sent two dozen emails in to try and troubleshoot over email it was not successful. They advised us to book a support call, but their support "forgot" about our zoom call 3x. Yeah, they stood us up 3x. Definitely shows where their company values lie. Not for us. It seems like a great concept though, just not a fan of their execution.

We are utilizing AI Trillion's Subscription, Customer Reviews, and Affiliate Marketing modules. We can confidently say that it is extremely comprehensive and more than meets our needs. The significant advantage is the availability of many other modules that we are considering for use. I must emphasize their success in technical support and installation. Support was very helpful as I am not tech savvy when it comes to coding. I let support know what I wanted to change and they gave very detailed steps of how to pursue the change myself and they also added the proper coding to my site that I needed them to add.

AITrillion is an amazing app to channelize the store for optimum conversion. Pretty much all necessary apps/features are already inbuilt in this and that makes it unique, eliminating the need to use other 3rd party apps. Code is not bulky and it works on the fly. Great !!!

The support I received from Shivanshu was truly great, he helped me set up AI Trillion without damaging my Email Hosting Provider, when I tried to do it myself I messed up. Support is very kind and very nice. Dropshipping modules are efective and sometimes hard to set up but on another hand set up guide is very good.

I highly recommend this app! Originally we planned on using it for only email campaigns. Once it is set up and time to go through various areas offered within this app. I was able to get rid of several other apps I didn't need. I had to reach out to customer support for an integration question. I was quickly responded to and helped with absolute satisfaction.
