This is the Swiss Army knife of app, it has everything you could ask for. Really has helped us with marketing our site and getting good traffic. also have some great customer 24/7 service too.

AiTrillion has been a great way to communicate with customers. I am able to get great insight on my customer on what they are looking for. There support is quick, friendly, and knowledgeable to help setup when I changed my theme and needed to add AiTrillion to the new theme.

Extremely customer friendly userface and easy to use app. Most importantly, the most amazing customer service - they helped me with all the little details and put a lot of time and effort to my demanding questions. Would highly recommend them and the app!

I use this app to run my email campaign and it is good for us. The integration between loyalty, email, and all its features is very tight-knit and the support is great as well!

The app is user-friendly. However, there is a lot of back-end code tweaks that needs to be done since Shopify is basically many apps layering each other, which comes to my point whereby the Support Team is amazing at solving almost all my issues and in a very timely manner as well. AI Trillion is so helpful! They provide wonderful instructions with pictures that really assist a non-coding person, like my self, with the ability to set most things up on a website, However, no matter how simple their instructions are, they are here to help you out! they are prompt with response and quick to fix the issue at hand! Rishav helped me with SMS and was amazing! AiTrillion offers very useful tools for your business, but what is even better is they offer help in implementing their tools. I'm not a developer, and they extra help is the only way I could get the tool up and running. I'm transitioning from another emailing marketing app and they have been very helpful.
