I love all the different functions this app has - all in one place! It makes my work so much more effective and easier. I've had to contact support twice and they were great in solving my issues. The Knowledge base and videos are great as well. I just wish the videos had a play bar so that you can go back and forth as needed.

This app is a great all in one option for many aspects of my store. I have tried a bunch of apps for loyalty, reviews, emails, etc... and, in the end I came back to this app to handle them all. The customer service is great as well! Send a message and your issue or concern is handled quickly and professionally. I am anxious for this app to grow and help me find new ways to attract and keep customers coming to my store! I’d like to send a special shout out to Preetam for putting up with my constant questions! (I am a little OCD sometimes )

The AiT team is fabulous! They set up my app and make changes whenever I ask them to. They respond quickly to your questions and the set up was super easy as they take over the tedious process of setting it all up for you. The app has many features and tracks all of your potential customers when they visit your site and emails you to keep you updated. This app is amazing and so is their team! I was having trouble importing my contacts to Shopify and AiTrillion helped me get it done! They also increased engagement on my store with all of their tools available to use!! They are quick with the job as well although I wasn't in a hurry.

A good marketing perform include everything I need such as loyalty reward, email marking, chatbot, push notifications, automations ..etc. There are still have some rooms for improvement, but their supports will do anything to help you and setup for you to start your business. Good Jobs !
