I needed assistance configuring the membership app, and Reena went above and beyond by offering to configure it for us based on our specific requirements. The support team has been very responsive to my questions and help me with individual requests that go above and beyond the features of the app.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the support I have received. After upgrading and subsequently downgrading my plan, I was assured by your team that I would receive a refund. However, I have yet to see this refund processed. I CANCELLED THE PLAN AS WELL BUT IT DOESN'T GET CANCELLED, SUPPORT WILL CONTACT YOU ON MONDAY AND THAN WHAT NOTHING.

This situation, coupled with the lack of follow-up, has left me feeling that the service is unreliable and untrustworthy.

Please address this issue promptly, as it has been an ongoing frustration.
