I have several apps with Shopify and I love that this all stream lines into one. Saurabh has been a great help in answering all of questions and helping migrate all of the data from all of my other Shopify apps. Great Customer Service. I highly recommend

i used this app and i like it. but i suggest, if devloper add 2 more features 1.wishlist & 2. social login , then users dont need any other app & it will make this app best.
4.5 ⭐ as there are many features, but are not quite built out as other available options. For instance, we are not using the live chat AiT feature due to basic functionality.
However, there is a lot of value for the price, especially if you consider the pricing of other email automation apps in the market
Be warned, currently the pricing is advertised monthly, but the subscription is annual. Therefore, I have not been a subscribed member just yet.

It seems like a great app. Just added it to my store, hoping it will increase conversions and provide a great experience for my customers
I just started using the app. I had some troubles getting it to work for me but I contacted customer service and they where able to help me in a timely manner. The person I received help from was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Thank you!

Asked if they could reduce to the size of the loyalty widget for better visibility on my mobile phone. They said it's not possible. I don't believe that at all. Anything in a website can have the size changed. They don't want to help me for unknown reasons.
Now insisting I get on the phone with them. Refusing to discuss over email. Very unprofessional. Now have to report them to Shopify and figure out how to remove the app that is fully imbedded in my website.
This is a new app so i don't have much experience to tell. But their technical support is responsive and really helpfull.
