IT IS OK, NOT VERY EASY TO USE. A LOT OF FEATURES NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. NEED IMPROVEMENT. BETTER THAN NOTHING

So far this app is great, customer service is helpful and friendly, and I'm looking forward to learning how to fully utilize Aiva.

customer support is very bad, thay take more than 5 days to solve one issue with cooldown timer and doesn't solved yet

IT looks really nice but i think its too much for me, i got feed up of too much content and i cant handle it :(, i had to delete the app. maybe in a few months i start using it again if i dont find something less dense.

The app looks really cool, you have to learn a bit how it works but that seems is complete. I'll update with a better feedback but it look good!

Awaresom apps and good respond. Have tried on web and the design is excellent. And hope we can apply to our multiple stores

Tried using it for several weeks. The MAJOR issue is that the pop up windows are malfunctioning: They often do not close upon clicking the "X" button to close it. This is not something only we noticed internally, but customers contacted us to report the issue. Our web sales plummeted during the time it was up.

This is the only real popup solution for shopify. Absolute MUST. Excellent, responsive, working as expected. Simply great.

They either don't have a customer service team or they don't care enough to reply. Have been trying to contact them for past 48 hours. No reply. It's an urgent matter so emailed them. No reply. No chat reply. I'm forced to delete it now. PRO user treated like useless.
