This is not only one of the greatest apps created on Shopify so far, but is also one of the best ideas I've seen to help show owners manage, and not just promote, their business. The whole program is full of insightful opportunities to make clients happier and more motivated to make a purchase. I've installed this app in 2 stores, and have noticed also an increase on the number of visitors. No conflict with the two installations (as usually happens with many other apps) and installs well with mailchimp. The app blends well creativity with entrepreneurship. Truly, only inspiration can limit the user. On top of this, they have a fast and friendly customer support. I hope they continue to keep this platform for free, because it's indeed a great work. Thank you so much for building it!
Great design tool, but ultimately, my popup was glitchy and didn't work properly. Ill try again in a few weeks
App seems alright. Easy enough to use. No idea what the results will be but i will say their customer service is pretty fantastic, at least my experience with Sarosha. I messaged her for support a few times at rude hours and she responded extremely quickly...that alone is worth 5 stars
Great solution for a free pop-up app that integrates with your MailChimp list. Some of the editing tools/features can be a bit finicky at times, but once you've got your pop-up designed and tested, it does the work for adding new potential customers to your list. Also, their instant chat was very quick and helpful in answering questions.
We were recently on the news, and every time we end up inundated with emails and a huge manually generated wait list for our raw donkey milk. I wish I'd found this app before the first news crew came out! It's creating a wait list for us and saving us hours and hours of clerical work. And, love the options to create your own look...not just the generic pop up. Here's an example of ours. Works great! (And I had no idea what I was doing, the support online was great!)

Exactly what I was looking for. After installing and using a few different AI apps I found Aiva and I'm so happy I did! Aiva allows me to custom design a pop up and I have full control over it. I wanted to be able to create very specific deals that matched our branding and Aiva allows me to do just that! Other apps were too constrained and limited -- our business didn't fit into their pre-designed AI offers. I just started using it, but so far I'm extremely satisfied and excited to see what it can do for our business!

Amazing !! This is the kind of software, adept mastery and dedication to details that makes you cry with happiness and gratitude. I have gone through nearly every pop up software out here but this one is in a wholly different ballpark. Both in terms of what and how it does it all. Must rank easily in the top 10 of all apps available here. Try it and you will see.
I am amazed and will remain amazed at how detailed and thorough this app is considering they don't require any payment. It is an easy to use app with tons of features and it's FREE! I really recommend just trying it because it might just inspire you to try something you hadn't thought of previously.
I haven't used the support yet so I can't comment on that.
