I have been using Alpha Sale for a while now to run flash sales in my store. I specifically like that it shows the sale price on the product page. They also have a new feature that prevents customers from stacking coupons on top of products already on sale as long as you create coupons within the app. The support team is very helpful with rapid response if you need them!

Does for free only what shopify already does with out an app. Pay $10 monthly to save 5 periodically (when item purchased) isn't worth it

While it’s true that Shopify provides some basic discount functionality, our app is built to go much further — allowing you to automate multiple discount campaigns, layer in-cart and price-based promotions, schedule discounts, and combine them with advanced rules like customer tags, product types, and more.
That said, we understand our pricing might not be the right fit for every store, but we truly hope you’ll consider giving Alpha Sale another try in the future.

Versatile app, really almost laser-targeted discount deployment!
