I don't recommend them at all. We spent almost two weeks to go live, and after that, we saw they had a bunch of issues with their backend. They were contacting us before to buy it after we purchased it and try to the real work it is not reliable. Also, try to contact their support; they keep saying it is a backend issue and are waiting for engineering to take a look; really???
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your frustration and deeply regret the technical issue that affected your progress. We strive to provide reliable solutions and smooth experiences for our customers, and we're truly sorry that we fell short this time.
The issue you encountered with assigning a large number of products to your Product Template was unexpected, and our engineering team worked diligently to resolve it as quickly as possible. I am pleased to share that the fix has now been deployed, and everything should be functioning smoothly again. Additionally, we identified a workaround that may be helpful for future use by utilizing Shopify Admin to make these assignments in bulk.
We sincerely appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us improve our platform for all of our users.
If there's anything more we can do to assist you or you just generally wanna chat, please don't hesitate to reach out directly. You can contact me anytime at steve@replo.app
Worst scam ever we waste time for nothing they rob people with these prices for a simple import from figma to Shopify they want 100$ a month.
Completly bad and I would never recommend something like that!!!
Hey Daniel, Noah here from Replo. Sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience here. Our pricing is always available on https://replo.app - there are always cheaper alternatives available if you're just trying to get a simple page up, I'd probably check out other Shopify pagebuilders in the app store if you're looking for alternatives. You can of course always have the page custom coded outside of Replo, which won't need a monthly fee to publish - https://replo.app/experts has a directory of developers who can help, and https://replo.app/community is our community slack which has a channel you can ask for developer help in as well.
I saw that you opened a support ticket and the team explained the pricing, and that our head of success Steve started an email to try to see if we could work out a trial or something like that. Hoping we can win back your support in the future.
They don't have a reporting feature you have to use google analytics to track performance, I've had issue where google analytics isnt reporting the traffic there is no way to jump on a call with the team only through chat and the support has been so poor.
Hey Shanil! Noah here from Replo, sorry that you're not having a good experience here. I looked into our support chat logs and saw that around 18 hours ago, Steve followed up on your support inquiry and sent over some more information about how GA works. I've also followed up internally so we can request some more info about the specific dashboards you're looking at and try to reproduce the issue you're seeing, but we'll need some help from you on the GA side for that.
By the way, you're correct that Replo doesn't have an first-party analytics reporting feature yet, we're working on this right now and tracking it publicly here: https://feedback.replo.app/p/replo-page-analytics-2 - feel free to upvote to be notified of updates.
Hoping we can get this worked out and earn back your trust! I'll follow up on the support thread we've got going as well.
I came across this company through a podcast I listen to called Chew On This, and I regret trying them out. It literally takes a week to get a response to your question, and even when you do get a response, it's not a solution.
They seem to lack knowledge about their own software and keep passing the issue to another department.
Additionally, they charged over $600 to my Amex for a one-month subscription, and I still haven't received a refund. Trust me, do not download this app!!!
Hey Jenna Organics team! Sorry you weren't satisfied with Replo. I went through our support logs and was able to verify that there were several messages back and forth with Steve from our team on getting your workspaces set up correctly - some are still ongoing, and I'm hoping we can win back your support by working these out.
Additionally, you were charged a few times since you upgraded your plans: (1) a Replo Basic plan on May 21st, (2) an upgrade to Replo Standard which was cancelled the same day on May 28th, (3) another upgrade to Replo Standard which was upgraded then downgraded twice in the same day on May 29th. I know we talked on Sunday via our support chat, but I confirmed all these charges have been refunded - as always, we're very very happy to issue refunds in cases like this.
Hoping that going forward, we can reduce confusion and hopefully win back your support for Replo. Feel free to reach out any time - I'm noah@replo.app or you can always find me in the Slack community at https://replo.app/community - looking forward to chatting more!
Slow support. I'm talking 30 minute wait times only for them to send a link you can find on the first google search that never actually solves your issue. Considering I pay 3k a year for it... unenthused about this.
Product Pages lack some really simple features you would think are essential to any product page. Wont show out of stock colors or sizes? How is that not an option lol. Users have to make a selection then only find out its not available once they try to buy it.
Poor documentation and unintuitive design for such an expensive page builder.
Hey folks, Noah here from Replo. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention!
Firstly, it seems like there was a miscommunication about the out-of-stock colors and sizes in Replo product components. Replo absolutely does support this functionality: https://support.replo.app/hc/en-us/articles/22686635008269-Options-Components is our documentation page which details it, and I added https://www.loom.com/share/51bb21a143ee43be8e2c797b7e7e44da?sid=9ba1ce85-8b7d-4f46-bb19-260865be44be which has a video walk-through as well. The particular person on our support team wasn't aware of this technique, so we're revamping our internal docs to make sure this won't happen again.
Secondly, I went ahead and looked through our support team's logs related to your account and I do see that a few times we didn't get back to you in as timeline manner as we could have (I saw at least once where you were waiting for 20 or 30 minutes which is absolutely not what we're aiming for). Going to sync up with our support team about this and make sure it doesn't happen again - feel free to reach out directly at noah@replo.app if you have any more feedback on the support response.
I'll shoot you an email as well, but hoping we can win back your support for Replo over the long term. Please feel free to reach out with any other feedback, we really do take it to heart!
1. They don't give the possibility to use replo on a development (testing) theme. So we are unable to test new experimental functionalities safely.
2. They still charge development (test) stores for testing full Replo functionality.
Not convenient at all for hypergrowth stores. 1 star for now.
Hey folks, Noah here from Replo - looks like there was some miscommunication here. We absolutely do allow using Replo completely free on development stores, it's just a manual setup. I'll send you over an email and get this worked out!
I would not recommend this app to anyone. First of all it is not user-friendly like some of the other page builder apps, with the scroll bars only being available on preview mode and not while editing. The app is also very misleading with a" free" plan available. Why offer a free plan when all you can do is work in the editor and not even publish a single page. The price starts at $99 a month which is absurd compared to other apps and goes up to $499 a month!
Hey there! Noah here, co-founder at Replo. Thank you so much for the feedback! Will address it in parts:
1. Regarding the "free" plan, I believe you're talking about the "free plan available" that the Shopify App Store listing shows. Agreed that this is confusing, since there's not a free plan which allows publishing pages. We've updated this to remove the "free plan" from the listing so hopefully this doesn't happen in the future .
2. Regarding scrolling, Replo is definitely different than most apps because it allows you to pan and zoom to see the whole page and zoom in on parts of it, which is why a scrollbar doesn't work very well in this setting. I checked our support chat logs and saw that you were able to figure out how to move around (thank you for reaching out!), but wanted to leave this resource here in case you decide to give Replo a try in the future - https://docs.replo.app/docs/building/replo-editor#moving-around there are a few different ways to move around in the editor and this details all of them. However, recognize that this might not be the most intuitive, and we've opened an investigation internally to see if we can add some sort of scrollbar in the editor which hopefully will make this easier.
Again, really appreciate the feedback, and will have our team reach out directly as well since we'd love to hear more about your experience. Hoping we can win back your support for Replo at some point - feel free to reach out directly at noah@replo.app as well, happy to make myself a resource if I can. Thank you!
