Wow, Replo has been a game-changer! Super simple to use and it's got everything you need for designing pages. And the customer service? Fantastic. Collins from their team is a real superstar - always ready to help out. So happy I found Replo!

Slow support. I'm talking 30 minute wait times only for them to send a link you can find on the first google search that never actually solves your issue. Considering I pay 3k a year for it... unenthused about this.
Product Pages lack some really simple features you would think are essential to any product page. Wont show out of stock colors or sizes? How is that not an option lol. Users have to make a selection then only find out its not available once they try to buy it.
Poor documentation and unintuitive design for such an expensive page builder.

Firstly, it seems like there was a miscommunication about the out-of-stock colors and sizes in Replo product components. Replo absolutely does support this functionality: https://support.replo.app/hc/en-us/articles/22686635008269-Options-Components is our documentation page which details it, and I added https://www.loom.com/share/51bb21a143ee43be8e2c797b7e7e44da?sid=9ba1ce85-8b7d-4f46-bb19-260865be44be which has a video walk-through as well. The particular person on our support team wasn't aware of this technique, so we're revamping our internal docs to make sure this won't happen again.
Secondly, I went ahead and looked through our support team's logs related to your account and I do see that a few times we didn't get back to you in as timeline manner as we could have (I saw at least once where you were waiting for 20 or 30 minutes which is absolutely not what we're aiming for). Going to sync up with our support team about this and make sure it doesn't happen again - feel free to reach out directly at noah@replo.app if you have any more feedback on the support response.

Use this page builder, I promise you wont regret it. Pricey, yes. But with this premium price tag comes premium, helpful and responsive customer service.

Pretty blown away by this app's capabilities. Had it installed for around 24 hours and can already tell it's going to be huge for us going forwards. We've always wanted to be able to test in this way but found other LP apps to be clunky in the past or slow our site down.
Replo is very efficient and looks clean on your site, took me a few hours to learn some of the components etc but support was very helpful. A support rep named Prem recorded me multiple loom videos walking me through anything i was stuck on, all whilst i'm still on the free trial plan, not many apps would provide this level of service
Definitely recommend this app to anyone wanting to test landing pages on thier site
Joseph Echendu is the best in the game when it comes to supporting & landing page assistance. Helped me create a high converting product page which gave my biz the platform to generate $$. Real deal these guys

Really excited about this app. What the Alchemy team is building out is super promising, and much needed on Shopify. I've worked with a number of different landing page builders and they all get you the same thing... a very generic-looking shopify liquid LP. Alchemy's builder cuts out a lot of the noise to provide a simple, yet powerful LP builder with features and functionality that helps our store to stand out from the crowd. Also, Alchemy team and devs have been super gracious with their time and have helped us to build a number of custom features on the pages that we couldn't accomplish through Shopify Apps. Ecomm is moving towards headless solutions for Shopify just like this. Highly recommend you build with Alchemy on your store.

I like Replo's features a lot, especially being able to add sections to my Shopify site. I must admit the platform could be faster. If you're looking to create something with a short timeline, I wouldn't recommend replo, every click takes about 5-10 seconds of loading. Me, being a fast worker, find page building in Replo a little frustrating. But again, I love the platform and its features.
[Edit 12/08/2024] Update here! Wanted to let you know that we actually found and fixed the performance issue you were experiencing. It was specifically related to pages which had large amounts of States-based styles, and we were able to implement some improvements here and get the time it takes to make an edit on your page down by about 10x. Hey there! Noah here, co-founder at Replo. I believe we chatted briefly via our support chat a few weeks ago, when we helped figure out an issue publishing pages related to the Youtube embed component in Replo.
Definitely didn't realize that you were experiencing slowness - 5-10 seconds is absolutely not acceptable. After seeing this, the team had a look at the store and we were able to confirm that it takes quite a long time to apply updates to the page. We've created an escalated issue internally and our engineering team is going to check it out - we're not sure what exactly the issue is yet, but our working theory is something related to the Boba Nutrition theme.
