Works like a charm: easy to use and with great results!

Support does not answer for weeks and product doesn't work.

It's basic, but works really really well. I just recently had to migrate the notification requests from a discontinued product to a new product that replaced it, and it was so easy! Love the fact that I didn't lose those customers :)

No news from customer service despite numerous reminders. No email confirming that our request has been processed, and above all, no response. We changed the theme, and I can't implement the app in this new theme. It's probably simple, but I can't find the solution. These people clearly don't need money. So, we'll get another app...

Système said 25 days we get the app. It's not true.

Simple et efficace. Facile à mettre en place et une bonne aide de l'équipe si besoin. Perso j'ai fais appelle à eux, mais je n'avais pas les yeux en face des trous. La solution était très simple ... Top pour notre business car nous avons du mal à assurer des réassorts en flux tendu. Nous avons souvent des trous. C'est donc idéal dans notre cas. Cela nous fait gagner du temps - on récupère plus de clients potentiels - et l'expérience et plus agréable pour le client - Top Juste un bémol à priori: Le paramétrage des couleurs a un peu bugué au début. Cela ne prenait pas en compte mes choix. C'est rentré dans l'ordre car le hasard à bien fait les choses finalement. Je n'ai pas contacté le support pour leur soumettre le problème. C'est peut être moi qui ai mal compris un truc.

Having issues with the app, tried reaching out to support via the app and via the email on the app store page, and haven't heard anything back. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

This app has been so helpful and has generated thousands of dollars for my shop over the years. It's very easy to use for me and my customers.

Great little app! During Covid and even now we've had so many products that were out of stock and it was great to have a way to alert the customer when it was back!

Support does not answer support emails and there is an issue with the email verification on my account. I have attempted to contact them numerous times over the last month with no response from them.

Seems it works fine, haven´t sent out notifications yet. It was easy to customise but not that easy to install because of our kind of shop set up. But the amazing customer service took care immediately, that was really quick and also incredibly convenient. Thumbs up!

Great app! The team over at Dibble Development is very helpful, whenever I hit a speed bump or have questions, Kimberly is always so quick to respond and assist.
