Stocky is shutting down. Alfred is a purpose-built replacement that does more. Forecast demand from real sales velocity with stockout dates. Build purchase plans by demand, min/max or manual, then email or export (PDF/CSV) purchase orders. Manage suppliers, receive by barcode, manual or PO/shipment quantity, run stocktakes, and log credit memos. Transfer and rebalance stock across locations, with low-stock and inventory alerts. Migrate Stocky data via API and run in parallel until the deadline.

We’re so glad we stumbled across Alfred! With Stocky shutting down soon, we were at a loss and looking for a reasonably priced alternative for forecasting, purchase order creation, and inventory receiving/transferring. It takes some effort to learn, but it’s been well worth it. Creating purchase orders is easy and well thought out. We need to spend a little more time fully exploring the PO planning tools, but I see the potential to save a lot of time and effort on PO creation when we set them up more fully and take advantage of the reorder quantity calculations. We LOVE being able to quickly calculate landed costs and update product costs and listing prices back to shopify directly from the app. The development team is also very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend giving it a try if you’re looking for a new forecasting and PO tool!

This is IT - a total game changer - THE STOCKY REPLACEMENT you've been searching for. Okay okay - I'm pretty excited but I'm not exaggerating. Since Feb (when Stocky stopped being supported by Shopify) we have looked into no less than 50 replacements, and have trialed at least a dozen. They were all clunky or buggy or inefficient or too expensive for what they had to offer. Alfred is like Stocky 2.0 - it has all of the features we have been using: it's clean and simple and straightforward, plus has some additional features that are going to help us save so much time and money. Stephan is on top of any question or support issue we've had - very responsive and great to work with. I'm so glad we found this app right before Stocky truly goes away.

Highly recommend trying this app! Like many other stores, we've been hunting for a good replacement for Stocky.

After trying a handful of alternatives we chose Alfred Purchase Orders. For many of our key use cases (forecasting, purchase order drafting, receiving, stocktakes, transfers, credit memos), it's not just a substitute, it offers better and more intuitive workflows.

We're very happy with Alfred so far! Stephen and the team have been incredibly helpful migrating us and launching feature improvements at warp speed to help us migrate smoothly.
