Overall a really solid app — no major issues and it integrates smoothly into our workflow. Would love to see a bulk edit option added for collection facets, as that would save a lot of time managing larger catalogs. Our TAM Elias has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our experience.

App is a bit clunky to use at times, with unexpected errors popping up when trying to apply changes. Most of the time, redoing the action solves it but nonetheless, it's time consuming. Algolia dashboard is quite useful and has lots of features/capabilities for nuanced execution. Algolia staff and support are super helpful (shout out to our TAM Elias) and bring a lot of experience in helping our business optimize and execute strategy.

Algolia has made search much faster and more relevant on our store. We especially like the control over rankings, synonyms, filters, and merchandising.

Nous avons opté pour algolia, en pensant que le cout en vaudrait la peine. Quelle erreur, c'est un grouffre financier, qui en plus de bugger souvent, n'est pas du tout fonctionnel. SAV inexistant en plus, ou ils vous facturent toutes demande. Je ne parle pas des produits non suivi tel les cartes cadeaux qui n'apparaissent pas dans la recherche, de mes produits bunddles également disparu. Traduction du moteur de recherche également complètement HS. Bref fuyez loin de cette application, vous trouverez de bien meilleur option à plus de 10 fois moins..

App & Dashboard work a bit against each other sometimes. Support is very fast, knowledgeable and helpful tough!

We had and issue with our staging environment not being able to reindex. After speaking with our TAM and entering a ticket our issue was resolved in a day. I am very pleased with the continuing communication and the speed in which it was resolved.

Love this app! Tons of flexibility around ranking factors, using tags or metafields. We also have enjoyed using the dynamic re-ranking feature which boosts our products based on CTR and CVR

Very easy to setup, just a few button clicks. The Search result page was easy to customise and I could easily blend it to look like my website. From no search ability to a great search functionality in matter of minutes - that's what I loved about it.
Great search results as expected and I also tried their new NeuralSearch product which enables me to support multi-language semantic search in less than an hour. Very Exciting.

Algolia is a great product and we are very happy with it. This has drastically improved our search and merch experience through AI recommendations and other automations.

The platform is always evolving and we can't wait to see the new features.

The Algolia app works well with Shopify. It does not provide a frontend framework though so this is something your developer team will need to implement with Algolia.

Also their support and CSM are very responsive and we have always been able to find commercial and technical solutions.
