By far the greatest app I’ve used for drop shipping. I recently needed help fulfilling orders, Paula from the support team was so helpful, she sound me another supplier that could fulfill my orders and mapped it to my shopify store.

Zopi is overcharging yet providing any useful features. So I'm using this app for the past 1 year and its finally time I'm getting rid from it. It often fulfills the orders automatically through its own expensive suppliers and the tracking is just crap. Not even track a single item. It says merchant limit reached, although I've not seen eve a single tracking information.

Actually, what you're referring to sounds like our Smart Supplier feature — designed to help sellers like you save time and maximize profit. When enabled, Smart Supplier automatically selects the best available supplier based on:
- Faster shipping time
- Higher reliability
- Better profit margins (based on product + shipping cost)
That said, it’s 100% optional. You can always select your own preferred supplier. To clarify, our internal review shows that only 5 out of your 850+ recent orders were fulfilled via Smart Supplier — and none of those resulted in complaints or refund requests. But if there are specific orders you’d like us to review, we’re more than happy to help!

We totally understand how important tracking is for your business. Regarding the “Merchant limitations reached” error — this message appears because your current Basic plan ($19.9/month) includes 15 monthly tracking quotas.
After reviewing your account, we can confirm that all 15 quotas were used in July, which is why no further tracking updates were processed.
This limit resets monthly. To avoid this issue, you may consider a higher-tier plan or contacting our support team. We will offer the solution that works best for you.

because i canceling my yearly subscription the have my subscrition reduce and abd i have been limited to use this app, i paid for one year and i have one more month ´, but because i have canceling my subscription my accout hase been limited, before canceling my yearly subscrition i can import 250 items and after canceling i can not import the same number of items it hase been limited to 100 or 110. as an advice nobody should use and paid for this scam app. it should be -5 star

It seems there might be a slight misunderstanding regarding our app that I would like to clarify. When you cancel the Zopi plan, your current subscriptions and quotas will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. After that, your account will be reverted to the free plan.
Rest assured, the cancellation will not affect the quotas for any features. One of our teammates has already reached out to you via email and we look forward to hearing from you.

Amazing app with swift responses and exceptional support! Ross and Vivian helped me set up my new supplier through the app, and thanks to them, I earned my first dropshipping order. They also guided me with fulfillment, making the whole process seamless. I'm currently on the free plan but plan to upgrade soon. The app is great! The chat feature is a bit unsteady. The text moves around a bit and I'm unable to unpin it from the window and move it around to get better navigation.
I also would like for the ordering process, from order to fulfillment to be more automatic, with the least human intervention required. We have other things to do than having to submit orders, multiple times throughout the day. This feature would help with that a lot.
Otherwise, so far, so good.
Everything perfect, except when it's time to pay for orders. It's like a nightmare... One time your card gets declined, next time AliExpress glitches and you need to duplicate orders, shows one price in zopi, when you have to pay it's more and etc. Overall everything perfect, i'm really impressed by how the whole program is easy to use!
This app doesn't sync correctly with tiktok shop. It's a nightmare!! also they keep charging you after you uninstall the app. Customer service don't resolve anything. Disappointed!!
