The customer service is really helpful, they helped me on every point I would reccomend everyone to download it
In my opinions this app is better than dsers because it sincronizes direct from shopify. Dsers send the products to shopify and keep the records on it. Ali Orders can retrive the products from your store even if you use other apps to input products in your store.

It's great man. It's free, and this app does everything for you. the customer service also work overtime during their weekends just to help me.
The online chat support is very responsive, they answer queries as quick as a few seconds, I was assisted by Ms. Daisy and her assistance helped me set up and understand my order fulfilment process with ease. The app in overall is very useful and simple to comprehend.
